FrontLine National™ Test for Law Enforcement
Entry-Level Testing
FrontLine National™ Video Testing System for Entry-Level Law Enforcement helps departments identify candidates who have the potential to become great officers, those who have the observation and analytic ability to assess situations, the confidence and maturity to handle enforcement, the skills to interact with the public in a customer oriented way, the respect to work within a chain of command and the responsibility and ethics to handle the authority of the job.
Three FrontLine National™ Test Components

Dimensional Score Reporting
Law enforcement professionals nationwide have reported time and again that candidates with deficiencies in key dimensions of situational judgment exhibit patterns of behavior that are extremely difficult to remedy. The more new hires differ from ideal law enforcement profiles, the greater the training challenge for hiring agencies. With FrontLine National™ Dimensional Score Reports, departments can see, at a glance, candidate judgment tendencies as they compare to national norms.
Dimensions Reported:
- Observation/Assessment/Critical Thinking Ability
- Interrogation/Investigative Communication Ability
- Team Orientation
- Confrontation/Initiative in Enforcement
- Restraint in Use of Authority
- Ethical Orientation
- Ability to Understand and Help with Human Distress
- Organizational Orientation
- Customer/Community Relations Skills
