FireTEAM Interview
FireTEAM Interview is an entry level interview designed to provide information helpful in understanding how candidates may fit in with the station environment. This is an area that can be a major problem for some candidates and hard for supervisors to remedy if the candidate is hired. The FireTEAM Interview is centered around dimensions found in FireTEAM: Entry Level Test. The dimensional results a department receives from FireTEAM can be used as a guide in selecting the most appropriate and informative questions for each candidate.
