| All rentals include two of each video tape. Extra videos are available for $25 each for the duration of the rental period. One time rentals are valid for a time frame of two weeks. Clients are responsible for all shipping and handling fees in addition to scoring charges. Test packages returned unused will be billed a $50 restocking fee. Test materials not received by the return date will be charged $25 for every 15 days overdue. Scoring is charged separately at the time of scoring. At the time of scoring, the actual number of applicants is prorated and scoring charges are added. Scoring is charged at a $25 minimum or $2.30 per applicant. Included in scoring are: all answer sheets, high/low rosters, alphabetical rosters, transmission of test scores via e-mail or fax, maintenance of permanent database and consultation regarding scoring recommendations and passing points. |
